• Ensure protection of water and waste sector users, always trying to avoid abuses resultant from the exclusive rights, focusing on control of the quality of services provided and supervising tariffs charged to end-users;
• Ensure equal and transparent conditions in access to water and waste services and the operation of these services;
• Reinforce the right to general information about the sector and each operator.
