Loudoun Water, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, provides drinking water, wastewater, and reclaimed water services to over 80,000 customers in fast-growing Loudoun County (Northern Virginia). Loudoun Water is entirely supported by user and developer fees and receives no tax income.
