Windsor Utilities Commission

The Windsor Utilities Commission (WUC) is a public utility that produces and distributes drinking water to the City of Windsor, Ontario and sells water wholesale to neighbouring municipalities of LaSalle and Tecumseh. WUChas outsourced all of its operations to ENWIN through a  Water System Operating Agreement (WSOA). WUC’s mission is to deliver customers the reliable and cost-effective water solutions that are essential to life.
