The newly launched SWAN Digital Twin Maturity Assessment Tool is a structured framework designed by the SWAN Digital Twin Work Group to help water utilities evaluate their readiness, adoption, and optimisation of digital twin technologies.
The comprehensive assessment focuses on two key areas:
- Organisational Framework: Examining a utility’s overall readiness and technological maturity related to digital transformation.
- Specific Digital Twin: Evaluating the capabilities, implementation, and impact of individual digital twin initiatives within a utility.
Participants can choose to assess one or both parts, with the Tool generating detailed scores, highlighting strengths and identifying areas for improvement.
