The Rising Smart Water Professionals (RiSWP) Workshop on May 27th featured an interactive and engaging session giving young professionals the opportunity to explore how gamification can drive innovation and scale the smart water sector. Through a hands-on demo of gamified wastewater networks, participants experienced the power of game mechanics in solving real-world water challenges. We explored the following questions in a collaborative way:
- How can gamification enhance engagement and knowledge transfer in the water sector?
- What role does interactive learning play in scaling smart water solutions?
- How can utilities and solution providers leverage gamification for digital transformation?
