Alliance Structure
An emerging market meets an emerging Alliance. Recently initiated and supported by industry partnerships, the SWAN India Alliance consists of regional leaders shaping the smart water sector. Open to SWAN Members active across India, this Regional Alliance is seeking to engage with utility leaders and industry thought leaders actively working on smart water projects in the region.
The India Alliance is volunteer-led and guided by three focus areas to best serve SWAN Members:
(1) Education (People, Processes & Technologies): Curated content to share best practices and unexpected outcomes will span interactive calls, panel-focused webinars, and in-person workshops across a spectrum of smart water topics.
(2) Execution (Guidance, Research & Tools): Data-driven research outputs and frameworks to help drive smart water adoption/acceleration.
(3) Engagement (Many Members, One Flock): Quarterly updates & regional networking to leverage the power of the fast-growing SWAN ecosystem.
